Anyone who has booked and paid for an event has the right to transfer to another event provided that 5 days notice is given by sending an email to bookings@speeddate.co.nz requesting a booking transfer.
If a transfer request is made with less than 5 full days notice the booking will be made void.
Only one transfer per booking and this valid for 3 months only.
You may reassign your booking to another person of the same gender of your choosing by notifying Speed Date Ltd at any stage. If you are unable to arrange a replacement regretably there will be NO refunds for the event booked.

Postponement or cancellation of the event
We will make every effort to hold events at the dates, times and locations specified on our web site. We do reserve the right to cancel/postpone and/or change event dates, times and locations although this happens very rarely.
We recognize that our guests look forward to attending our events and that postponing or canceling an event can be extremely frustrating and disappointing to say the least. We assure you that we make every effort to ensure that all events proceed as planned and only postpone or cancel an event when we are confident that the experience for our guests would not be up to the normal high standards. Speed Dating relies on there being an equal number of men and woman and if the ratio is way out of balance, or there just aren't enough people overall then we prefer to choose the lesser of 2 evils and postpone or cancel the event.
