We endeavor to run equal ratio events.
If someone cancels at the last minute and there is a waiting list we can fill the space. If there is no waiting list we will try to find someone from our database to come free of charge to fill the spot.
"No Shows" is one factor out of our control. Not only does it throw our ratio of men to women off balance, it is rude to those that expect 10 dates and to those who are on the waiting list.
